Baby Doll Maternity delivers Australia wide and overseas using the services of Australia Post & Fastway Couriers or Couriers Please.

We are solely an on-line store. Our warehouse is located in St Marys In Greater Western Sydney, there may be occasions where some of the items displayed on the website might not be in stock or may be unavailable at the time of your request for purchase.  Should this be the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.  We make every effort to manually update the website daily, however in some circumstances this is not possible.  Please note that no rain cheques apply.

NO PAYMENTS FOR ANY ORDERS ARE PROCESSED UNTIL ORDERS ARE FINALISED PRIOR TO DESPATCH.

Standard Australia Post

WE OFFER $5 FLAT RATE POSTAGE FOR ALL DELIVERIES ACROSS AUSTRALIA.

Whilst we prefer the security of the express post service you may also choose the regular Australia Post service for flat rate delivery.  Depending on your area you should receive your purchases within 3-4 working days after the purchase.  Please note that we are unable to track these items and cannot be held accountable should the item go missing after dispatch.  For this reason we strongly suggest using the express post or courier delivery method.

Please note: Australia Post cannot ship large or bulky items.  For purchases such as prams and furniture you should chose a courier service as the delivery method.

Express Post

For efficiency and security we offer an express post service for our customers.  The purchases can be  delivered to you, or if the item is a gift we can deliver to the recipient’s address.

Most orders placed before 1pm will be sent on the same day.

Why do we prefer express post? Express Post parcels can be tracked should a problem arise. We want to be absolutely sure you get your parcel in a timely manner and that if a problem should arise- we can do something about it by tracking the item for you or by supplying you with a tracking number to locate the parcel. Essentially we want to take care of your purchase and ensure it reaches you safely and soundly!

Courier

Purchases of furniture or prams will need to be shipped via a courier service. When purchasing these items please select courier as the preferred shipping method.  Should your charge be less than the flat rate of $19.95 we will charge you only the shipping fee incurred.  For multiple items of furniture where the $19.95 flat fee does not adequately cover the couriers fee we will contact you directly with the charges prior to processing your order. 

Baby Doll Maternity will happily ship purchases overseas using Australia Post. Orders Received by 1pm will be dispatched that same business day. Any that are not shipped on the same day will be dispatched by the end of the following business day.  Estimated time of delivery is within two weeks from ordering. Please note that international shipping is not shown on the checkout total for overseas orders. This will be applied to your order after we receive it and is based on the charges listed below.
